I missed the phone calls from the delivery guy and Robert delivered the flowers to me himself after he closed up for the day - he even had to loop around a second time, because I also missed his first call. McMahon's is a florist that will go out of their way for excellent customer service! Would highly recommend :)
My mom wanted to send me flowers for my Anniversary. She went through Canada Flowers and came up with this florist. The Flowers arrived late at night. They did not at all look like what my mom had ordered. Got a phone call at 10:30 at night from florist. They called the next day and I explained what poor service and flowers I received. I got no apology or can I replace them, I got an excuse. and this morning flowers are wilted. Don't take a contracted order if you cannot fulfill them.
I ordered flowers for someone with only three hours notice. I called McMahon's to say that I understood if they would be delivered the next day - after all, three hours is not a lot of notice for any florist, let alone one that delivers. Lo and behold, the flowers arrived to my friend on time anyway, and she absolutely loved them. What great customer service! Thank you, McMahon's House of Flowers. :)
This place has been a blessing. Since living in Kingston, every girl I have ever seen has received flowers from here. The flowers are always in amazing shape, and even when buying a single rose it is garnished to look beautiful. Though my relationships have come and gone, this flower shop is the one constant in my oh so turbulent love life.

The events that we have done together are incredible and they always make sure that everything is the way that it was requested, and when necessary they make those needed changes.
