Due to military postings/courses, I've had the opportunity to train at several different gyms. They all have their strong points, but Hayabusa, for me, is different.This gym is the complete package. The owners Chris and Janet make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk in the door. As do the students.The instructors are excellent and the classes are well run with a nice balance of technique and rolling.There's a place for everyone here from beginners to serious competitors. On top of this, the facility is excellent. Always very clean and modern with high quality equipment.Whenever I'm in Kingston or at least nearby, I look forward to getting back on the mats at Hayabusa.

Awesome Facility! I was staying in Kingston for the night and looked for a place to train. This place looked impressive from the photo's online and so I decided to email and ask about joining a class for the night. Chris was more than accommodating. The facility is very modern and clean. Great rolls, great instruction, great people. will easily be back when I can. 5 Stars!
The staff and instructors at the Hayabusa Academy are incredibly friendly and the quality of classes and instruction is amazing. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a great workout, to learn some self defence, to learn about combat sports or looking for some great social connections.
