I went to Lulu's to get an eyebrow threading. I arrived in time for my appointment at 5:15pm. There was no one at reception so I waited about 5 minutes until someone showed up. There were already 4 people waiting for their appointments. The lady that was supposed to do my eyebrows was already in the room with a client. We could hear them laughing and talking through the door. By 5:30pm one girl got up to leave and changed her appointment time. I think her appointment was way before mine (4:45pm or 5:00pm). A few minutes after she left another woman walked into the salon and sat down. Around 5:40pm the lady who does the eyebrows emerged with her client who paid and left. After the client left, the salon worker called the lady who had just walked into the salon. Now, just by simple deduction, I was next in line for my appointment. Whoever the lady was that came in either had hers later, or had no appointment at all. So at 5:45pm I decided that my business was probably not good there and I left. I cannot comment on the quality of the work this lady does because I never got to actually have my eyebrows done but what I can comment on is the complete lack of professionalism and regard for schedules and clients who book appointments, take time to get to their appointments, pay for parking and wait 30minutes to be seen..only to after have some random woman walk in and get to go in front of you. I dont know how long I would have had to wait if I had chosen to stay but I dont want to find out and that is why I would never go back to that place again no matter how good they are at what they do. I hope the salon reads this comment and maybe trains their employees on proper time management and customer servicebecause that too is important.
I've been following my stylist for 20 years now and am more than happy with the service I receive at Lulu's. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and most importantly I always leave with a fantastic cut. Thanks Lisa!
