I was surprised to find out I wasn't covered when our sump pump malfunctioned (bad on me for not reading the fine print, although a review with their office after so many years as a loyal customer and sticking with them through cost hikes and the change of their name/underwriter would have been nice). Anyway I was so ticked I went to a broker instead and now am saving myself over $600 per year and have better coverage (including flood insurance.) My advice: try somewhere else.
Five stars is not enough!
Love the service and the ladies there. Just wish there was better hours for those that work till 4:30 and need to look at getting insurance for a new car. Otherwise it's a great insurance company and I love it
