The prices are inline with his competition however I found him to be very personable and patient taking the time to ensure we understood all the paperwork involved. We used the office to purchase and later to sell homes involving traditional as well as alternative financing. Ian was on time, his office was great with communication and all aspects of the transaction completed to our satisfaction.
