Tried to order take-out tonight. They wouldn't substitute one chicken dish for another in one of their Dinner for Two items. I generally don't find restaurants having problems with substitutions of like items. I wonder why this was such a problem.I suppose I could have just ordered each of the items from that Dinner for Two individually with my own substitutions but that just seemed like more work than I felt their being difficult was worth. It was just easier to go somewhere else that was happier to have my business.Probably got lucky with that anyway. I previously had one of the curry dishes and it was not very good at all.Tried a second time to order here for pickup. Order was placed successfully over the phone after a Skip The Dishes order attempt failed miserably and frustratingly.When I placed the order they said it would be one hour. It ended up being 1 hour and 45 minutes with me sitting in the restaurant waiting for an hour and 5 other people sitting at home very hungry.And then they didn't get the order right and shorted us some egg rolls and spring rolls.Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...
Service was great. Food was good. They actually close at 9 PM
Visiting Kingston, thought of chinese. Read great reviews about this place. Staff was great, explained menu well. The guy saw my son so packed extra cutlery and goodies for him. Impressed!
Ordered takeout, good but not amazing.. general tao chicken tasted very fake and processed, really thick gross sauce but besides that everything was good..
