People throw their garbage into the moat around the tower, making it unsightly and dirty. Put up netting to prevent this or get park staff to clean it up maybe. There are plenty of garbage cans in the area, but they were also crammed full so not really preventing the filth. The area used to be much better taken care of.
Unfortunately was closed for the season so we could only see the outside. It would be nice if it had stayed open a couple weeks into September instead of closing after labour day.
Very cool piece of history. You can wander through the entire place and it's beautifully restored. A must see!
Historical all through, great for kids to learn.. admission fee for all. Short for the cost of admission.
