The food was exceptional and very fresh. The only downfall of our visit was we were seated by a window with the A/C blowing right on me. My coffee got cold before I could drink it and so I asked our server if I could just get more water instead of coffee she obliged and still charged me for the coffee. Dont sit near the window unless you have a heavy coat on.

We are never disappointed with this restaurant. The food is always fresh, theres always something new on the menu, and they change their menu depending on the time of year so you always get fresh produce. The service is impeccable, and the price that you pay is well worth it. The bread/bagels they use are from their bakery thats connected to them. My hubby and I always look forward to coming here on our breakfast/lunch dates.

This is such a cute spot, has a pretty cabin-aesthetic. The food is pretty delicious and will fill you up! The servers were fun and fantastic, and I love the mimosa flight. Even if the wait is long, they give you delicious buttered bread while you wait.

I visited Toast and Jam on back to back mornings. On both days I got the BLT with creamy tomato soup. I also ordered sourdough toast with raspberry jam. The BLT is amazing. AMAZING! The bacon is what all bacon should be everywhere all the time. I'm sure time of year helped, but the L and T were very fresh and very flavourful. The croissant was light and flakey and just plain delicious. The mayo that they use is excellent and many steps above a regular mayo and pulls the whole sandwich together. The creamy tomato soup was fantastic. On my second day I switched out the soup for the roasted potatoes. They were good but paled in comparison to the soup. And as long as I am going to get food from a place called Toast and Jam, I'm going to order toast and jam as it is one of my favourite comfort foods. Sour dough with homemade raspberry jam and whipped butter. Excellent! You might think " it's just toast, how can you mess that up?"Trust me, places often do mess it up but these guys don't. Fresh bread toasted to perfection with delicious jam and butter! It also needs to said that everyone that I spoke to there was very friendly and seemed to genuinely happy to be at work. An as a side note - their coffee is very good!Kingston is lucky to have such an excellent breakfast/lunch place. Thanks Toast and Jam, I will be back, soon I hope.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Kingston. The service is always quick and super friendly, even when they're swamped with business during brunch on weekends. The food is always beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. The menu adapts fairly often so there is usually a new choice or two available, along with a special of the day. The daily juices are creative and the pastries and cakes are divine. Both rhe breakfast and lunch menus have a great variety of delicious options. To top it all off, the space is beautiful and open concept. I highly recommend this restaurant!
