A perfect way to travel. I go business class & love the service. I have included pictures of the meals that they serve. They are the most amazing meals ever.

Absolutely terrible business! My partner and I scheduled a trip to a wedding and decided to take the train instead of driving. Then 6 days before our trip we decided to drive because it will be faster and cheaper. So we cancelled our tickets (the site says you can cancel tickets before you depart AND get a refund) but low and behold, there is a $37 and change charge to cancel EACH TICKET! Even if you bought the tickets together, they charge you for each, individual ticket.Beware of the cheaper tickets too! They will NOT refund you those, but will give you a fraction of it "in credit for your next trip with via rail".TLDR: Spent $400+ for there and back tickets. Cancelled 6 days before and got less than half back.

I really like it here, they have comfortable chairs and lots TV's to tell you when the trains arrive and depart, people to ask if you have questions, and its very clear what you have to to and where you have to go. The bus takes me right here from St. Lawrence College on weekdays (I'm a student there) which is really convenient. It's also got tonnes of parking space, and there are always taxi's. I just wish there were more outlets by the chairs, but I think thats a negligible flaw

Worst service ever. 17 year old stranded because they lost their wallet and when you call the 188 number no one answers Sad sad service

By far the best in way of shops,, restaurants, cafs, leasure
