I purchased a Palliser leather sofa from Jolie Home Dcor & Furniture in Kingston for less than the price of the same sofa supposedly on sale in Gananoque. After less than a year, a small crack developed on the front of one cushion. I contacted Peter, one of the owners of Jolie and advised him about the crack in the leather. He asked me to email him a photo of the crack in the sofa. He then contacted the Palliser company in Winnipeg. Peter advised me that it would take about three weeks for Palliser to sew and ship a new leather casing for the sofa. My wife and I went on vacation to Nova Scotia for three weeks. When we arrived back home, I received a phone call from Peter advising me that the new casing had arrived. Arrangements were made and men came and picked up the sofa, repaired it and returned it within three days! Peter had also kept me abreast of matters all through the process via email.I am more than satisfied with the after market care the owners and employees of Jolie have given me and with the Palliser company for standing behind their product. Refreshing to see when many try to duck warranty responsibilities. When I need something for my home in the future, if Jolie Home Dcor & Furniture carries the item that is where I will buy.Starting Now a Future Long Term CustomerDon, Kingston, ON
