We wasted two weeks looking for a low living room chair to fit my wife. We left this store until last due to my wife believing that they were more expensive. 45 minutes after entering, we were exiting the store with the perfect size chair , in a custom fabric, at a lower price then we were able to find anywhere else.Helpful ,friendly, great staff.. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the recliners that I was shopping for. He took the time to instruct me about a proper fit for each individual. He did not rush me through my shopping experience, allowing me the opportunity to "test" the recliners that interested me. Very good experience. I would highly recommend this La_Z Boy location.
Ordered beautiful custom furniture and paid in full. Called 8 weeks later to see where it was, and my name and phone number were nowhere to be found. Turns out my order was placed under another account, with incorrect address and phone number (not even the same city). Our furniture has just been sitting there for weeks as they didnt enter our information to be able to call us to schedule delivery. My sick, elderly, dying mother has had no furniture because lazyboy is unorganized and unable to do their work properly. Delivery isn't for another few days still. *****Update---- review changed from 2 ton4 stars. Management at Lazy Boy was very attentive to our concerns and the information was changed to reflect our account. 2 managers called back to ensure this would happen again, to Express their apologies for the mistake and also refunded my mom $150. We were very pleased with how they handled the situation.
We purchased a rocker recliner, end table and decor for coffee table. Our salesman Darren was very helpful and made suggestions that were informative and professional. Liam was was also very helpful when we needed a problem sorted through. Overall our experience was "top notch" and we would certainly recommend Lazy Boy and it's staff to family and friends.
