Brock 1 is well organized. The cafeteria food alone is worth going for a visit.
Was there for 4 and a half hours but wasnt too urgent just needed a tetanus shot and some care to a dog bite but all the nurses, doctors, clerical staff were super nice and helpful.
The staff here are very kind caring and professional, the emergency department has a positive and friendly atmosphere. Anytime I have had a health issue that cannot wait for my family Dr, the staff at Hotel Dieu have been very helpfull in adressing the concern.
I was at the Urgent Care Yesterday. Even if I had not a big problem finally, they were wonderful. Very human and professional. Nurses and Doc. make a very good job. I didn't wait a long time, even if I was prepared to. 10/10. Thank you all.
All of the receptionists, nurses, and doctors that I interacted with were polite and efficient. The waiting rooms were comfortable. Had a 3 hour wait to see a doctor, which I was expecting. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at HDH.
