I wish I could give them higher. The nurses are amazing. Frustrating stay and when we got home noticed the intake notes where totally opposite of sequence of events in illness. Thus no answers at all. Most doctors were rude and only listen to themselves and not the patient. Riddle me this how do they know what happened when they dont listen. This is not the first time we were disappointed in our hospital care in Kingston. Saw actual doctor once other than that interns. After five days you would think we would see the admitting doctor more than once at beginning of stay. Disgusting
The worst place ever. I spent the night here with my friend and they literally just left her in a hallway on a stretcher. I asked for help several times and didnt revive any. After that I asked for at least a new pillow case because she was lying in a pool of vomit and they said theyd bring me one and never did. The least helpful hospital, my friend would have been better off not coming at all.
The staff are excellent caring people. I had 2 procedures don in a week. Very respectful and explained everything. Doctors nurses get a +10 star rating from me. Thanks for the carr.
BIRTHED ME REAL GOOD. NICE AND SMOOTH. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH YES. A FEW NURSED TRIED TO MAN HANDLE ME OFF THE THE FLOOR AND I HAD AN ENCOUNTER WITH A ROWDY DUMPSTER HOMELESS MAN, BUT BESIDES THOSE EXPERIENCES I HAD A BUMPIN' GOOD TIME.
Went to KGH emerge on Sat. Sept 29/18 for asthma challenges. The triage nurse was miserable and stone faced the whole time. Why? Dr. Max Montalvo was kind, friendly and helpful. Nurse Nancey was sweet and empathetic, however the male nurse.. Red hair.. Bed side manner instruction urgently required. No law against smiling either. Jeesh!Medical care was very good. No complaints there, and Yes, I recommend this hospital.
