As a widow who is not always sure exactly what needs to be done Im always concerned when contractors come to fix a problem in my home. Not an idiot but this stuff is not in my wheelhouse. I would definitely recommend James. Him and his helper were professional, patient with my questions and just plan pleasant (my dogs liked them too). They cleaned up after themselves and helped me with a couple of other little problems. I would definitely recommend them.
We have used John The Plumber (Kingston) for all of our plumbing needs over the past three years. The customer service and the quality of the work is outstanding. The guys always take the time to explain what the issue is, why it is happening and how best to fix it. But, perhaps what I appreciate most about the staff, is that they are honest and fair. The guys were fast..but 245.00 to replace a pump in the reservoir..!!I have had work done before..but this is top money for what is a minor plumbing job..Ask their rates first..They want 40.00 for a call..But there is a warranty on the work..Shop around!!
Excellent service! Could not have asked for anything better. The job was a little out of the ordinary and it was fixed right away. In the future, I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing needs.
