For over a year now we have had All Ways Clean do our house and our construction cleaning. Just recently we moved into a new office that they are cleaning as well. They continue to provide an excellent service with uncanny attention to detail and consideration for timely scheduling. Recently we had an issue and the owner made it a priority to resolve it and ensure all parties were happy. This is what sets aside a 5 star business as far as we are concerned!! thanks for the great service.
We asked if they could do a last minute job the next day and were told by text, "Indeed we can at 8am". There was no communication for the rest of the day, no answers to texts or phone calls. When we asked for confirmation of the 8am start the day we needed them, we were told, "We can arrange a team to go in tomorrow afternoon (the day after we needed them), we did not commit to today". Now we have to scramble to find someone else. It's too bad, because the other reviews seemed so promising.
Incredibly accommodating to our schedule and did a fantastic job! I now feel comfortable in my apartment.
Great detail. Especially since they are licensed I can trust someone in my home. 5 star rating. Quality is never on sale.
Disappointed! I hired them for a deep clean and monthly cleaning service as a mothers day gift for my 80 year old mother. My mother was so happy with first 2 cleanings but then on 3 occasions no one showed up at the scheduled times without explanation and they lost the key. We have been trying to reach the owner after many phone calls, texts and emails we still have not heard back from her.
