Room was quite spacious, well decorated, and had pleasant amenities. I liked their kettle. Nice furniture, like a couch and coffee table. The one employee I met was extremely polite and gave a very clear explanation of the hotel's overall amenities and what was entailed in my package. Bed was a little tough but the bathroom made up for that.
Great as all other Marriott's. Service was reliable rooms were clean. Had all accommodations. Does not have free breakfast in the morning like other Marriott's. Would have been a perfect stay if it did.
Front desk service (Check in) was efficient and quick. Room was perfect, no issues and everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and room was quiet. Had coffee in the morning at the hotel and staff was great. After checking out realized we forgot something in the Room, staff took care of the situation quickly. Was very impressed and will definitely be back in the future!
Good. Location. Near the highway. Very close to a lot of eating options, shops, 25 HR shoppers drug Mart and even a cinema. Room was clean and spacious.
Really really great hotel. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was so impressed by the level of quality at this hotel. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that had nothing on this place. The dude who checked us in was so laid back it gave the best impression right out of the gate. I will be suggesting this hotel to anyone passing through Kingston that I know.
