Super clean and freshly renovated rooms, but the elevator was not working, also the swimming pool had too much chemicals, my eyes were tearing and I had to deal with their redness and irritation for about 2 hours after swimming.
Overall good experience. Considering they are under Renos it's pretty nice. The room cleaners are amazing and great attention to detail. (2 young kids+ glass shower= fingerprints everywhere). Staff could be a bit friendlier as only one person has talked to us since our stay here. Two major complaints are 1) the plastic part that is put on the glass shower comes off VERY easy. I assume it's to keep water in or prevent the glass from hitting the other piece of glass but either way it's Way to easy to get off.2) the door gives off a lot of light at night. The door is not flushed against the door frame so light from the hallway gets in and makes it a bit harder to sleep. It's actually quite annoying. Other then that it's just minor things that need work but overall it's good even during Renos
Location is right off of the highway which is convenient. They are undergoing renovations so not very nice at the moment. The staff was very friendly upon check-in. When I did my standard bed bug check no bugs but realized the sheets and blankets were still very wet. Told staff about it and they were apologetic and replaced my bedding promptly.
Attention! Beware of this hotel!This hotel charged something (115,11) to my credit card unjustifiably. I wrote you an email complaining about it and you haven't answered me yet.
Hotel is getting some renovations. We had a nice room, was clean. Bathroom looked like it was just renovated. Doors to enter the hotel from parking lot are old wooden doors that are not locked.
