When you book online you are lead to believe that they have smoking rooms...not. They did upgrade my room to a beautiful Jacuzzi suite for free. Free buffet was nasty but coffee was really good.
A very good holiday inn with one major problem. First, the room was nice. We got an oversized king room for the whole family. Very nice because the kids have their own space. Bathroom was nice and big. Room wasn't super clean. But not enough to complain. The pool space is good too with a nice hot tub. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options. That add 20 to 30 dollars value. The reason I'm giving it a 3 stars is the walls are way too thin. There is so much noise and the doors slamming kept waking up our kids. Each door is really heavy and the only way to close them is to slam them. The other issue is they have the TV's mounted to the walls and I can only assume the room next to us had the tv attached to the same wall as where we were sleeping because I could hear their tv through the walls. We had to turn the tv up to drown it out which probably only annoyed the person next to us! Would probably go back, but I'm not certain given the noise issue.
Kind staff. Check in and check out were very efficient. Breakfast was great. House keeping were very nice too.Clean rooms!!Very affordable. It was the best option at the time and I booked fairly last minute.Great location. Only a 10-15m drive from downtown. Across the street from 24h Shoppers Drug Mart w/ grocery. Denny's nearby. Pizza nearby. Whatever you need!
Staff always friendly. Location just off the 401 makes it nice and easy to get to and then back on to the highway.Breakfast options are good. My go to hotel when traveling in the Kingston area...
Have no complaints. Great stay. Great location.
